APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

We currently have a waitlist for appointments, so if you need to cancel your appointment, please ensure that you give us at least 24 hours notice. Clients who fail to attend without notifying us 24 hours before their appointment may be charged the full cost of the missed appointment.

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

While we use all reasonable efforts to ensure that all information on the Website (Information) is accurate and up to date, occasionally there may be Information on the Website that contains inaccuracies, omissions, typographical errors or is out of date in respect of, but not limited to, product and service descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.

FEES

Fees may vary between our practitioners. Please confirm the cost of your appointment prior to consultation. Payments are due on the day of your consultation. All prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated and exclusive of GST.

REFUSAL OF ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information for all purchases made through our Website. You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address and credit card details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

REFUNDS

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement or reimbursement for shipping if you change your mind on a product or service. If in doubt about the suitability of a product or service, please email us at enquiries@taylormadenutrition.com.au.

If you purchase a product from us and the product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the Product by email to enquiries@taylormadenutrition.com.au. Please include a description of the damage, a copy of your receipt as well as photos of the damage in your email.
